A wonderful time was had at the ball park yesterday! Team and Individual
pictures went off reasonably well. We had the National Anthem performed by
members of the Harding Middle School Band.
GREAT JOB KIDS!!!
The days slate of games started and then the "fun games" got started at noon.
I put together a page of the pictures that have been sent to me.

With the concrete and dirt work just about finished, I wanted to express
my thanks to those to put in some tireless hours of hard labor. Without
your volunteer spirit it wouldn't have gotten finished. I also want
to thank Polk County Betterment Grant Program and Pepsi Americas.
Without your generosity this project would still be a dream. And
finally a big thank you to American Concrete Products and Jensco Construction.
Thank you for giving us a price we could afford. With that, take
a look at the construction page of pictures I put together detailing this
big undertaking.

A new Millennium, a new Logo!!
Working with the design and artwork staff at Darwin
Custom Apparel, the new logo was born. The Board of Directors
made a decision to update the Park's image at the January meeting.
Change isn't always easy to accept, but this is the new millennium, and
it seemed time to give the League a new look. With that said, it gives
us great pleasure to announce a new line of apparel that is available through
the League. The apparel was unveiled at registration Saturday, and
the response was GREAT! Available apparel includes: T-Shirts, long
and short sleeve; Sweat Shirts; Tank Tops; Mock Turtle Necks; Wind Shirts;
Polo Shirts; Visors and Caps. Personalization is available too.
Orders will be taken at the concession stand (15 business day turnaround)
find the order forms on this Apparel page.
